Stroum Grand Lobby, in the outer corridors on the east and west sides of the S.
Mark Taper Foundation Auditorium, and off the Bill & Melinda Gates Lobby outside
the Illsley Ball Nordstrom Recital Hall.
ATM (Automated Teller Machine)
For patron convenience, an ATM is located in The Boeing Company Gallery, adjacent
to the Ticket Office. Most major bank cards are accepted.
Cameras, Cell Phones, Recorders, Beepers & Watch Alarms
The use of cameras or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited. Patrons
are asked to turn off cellular phones, beepers and watch alarms prior to the performance.
For ticketed events in the S. Mark Taper Foundation Auditorium, a complimentary
coat check is available in The Boeing Company Gallery along Third Avenue, next to
the Ticket Office. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items left at coat check.
Cough drops are available from ushers, courtesy of Ricola and Bartell Drugs.
Patrons expecting urgent calls are requested to leave their name and exact seat
location (aisle, section, row and seat number) at the Head Usher stations in the
Samuel & Althea Stroum Grand Lobby and in the lobby of the Illsley Ball Nordstrom

For the comfort and listening pleasure of the audience in the Hall, late-arriving
patrons will not be seated while music is being performed. Latecomers will be seated
at appropriate pauses in the performance. Latecomers are invited to listen to and
watch performances in the S. Mark Taper Foundation Auditorium on a monitor located
in the Samuel & Althea Stroum Grand Lobby.

or call Benaroya Hall Security at 206.215.4715. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Services for Patrons with Disabilities
Benaroya Hall is barrier-free and meets or exceeds all criteria established by the
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Requests for accommodations should be made
when purchasing tickets. Feedback on improving patron services for people with disabilities
is always welcome. Accessibility features include special seating areas, designated
parking spaces adjacent to elevators, elevators with Braille signage, specially
equipped and/or unisex restrooms, and accommodation of service animals. For patrons
who are hard of hearing, an infrared hearing system is available. Headsets may be
checked out at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis in The Boeing Company
Gallery coat check or at the Head Usher Station in either lobby. For more information,

Children 5 years of age or older are welcome at all Seattle Symphony performances.
Children of all ages are welcome at Discover Music, Tiny
Tots and Soundbridge Presents concerts. In fall 2011, the Seattle Symphony announced
a groundbreaking initiative that makes symphonic music more accessible to children

On Seattle Symphony performance days, the Ticket Office opens two hours before the performance begins, and remains open through intermission. The Ticket Office opens at 9am for Tiny Tots performances, 9am for Soundbridge Presents performances, and 10am for Discover Music performances.
On Benaroya Hall performance days — shows outside of the Seattle Symphony season — the Ticket Office opens 60 to 90 minutes before the performance begins. Please call for accurate information regarding specific performances. The Ticket Office does not remain open during intermission.
