Directions & Parking

Benaroya Hall is located in the heart of downtown Seattle directly across Second Avenue from the Seattle Art Museum. Benaroya Hall is bounded on the north and south by Union and University streets, and on the east and west by Third and Second avenues. The public entrance to Benaroya Hall is along Third Avenue.

Driving Directions

Southbound I-5
Take the Union Street exit (#165B). Continue onto Union Street and proceed approximately five blocks to Second Avenue. Turn left onto Second Avenue. The Benaroya Hall parking garage will be on your immediate left. The garage entrance is on Second Avenue, just south of Union Street.

Northbound I-5
Exit left onto Seneca Street (exit #165). Proceed two blocks and turn right onto Fourth Avenue. Continue two blocks. Turn left onto Union Street. Continue two blocks. Turn left onto Second Avenue. The Benaroya Hall parking garage will be on your immediate left. The garage entrance is on Second Avenue, just south of Union Street.

Northbound I-5 via Westbound I-90
Take the 2C exit for I-5 North. Follow signs for Madison Street/Convention Place and merge right onto Seventh Avenue. Turrn left onto Madison Street. Proceed three blocks and turn right onto Fourth Avenue. Continue four blocks. Turn left onto Union Street. Continue two blocks. Turn left onto Second Avenue. The Benaroya Hall parking garage will be on your immediate left. The garage entrance is on Second Avenue, just south of Union Street.

Southbound Highway 99 (Aurora Avenue)
Take the Denny Way/Downtown exit. Keep right and cross over Denny Way onto Wall Street. Proceed approximately five blocks and turn left onto Second Avenue. Continue south on Second Avenue approximately eight blocks. The Benaroya Hall parking garage will be on your left. The garage entrance is on Second Avenue, just south of Union Street.

Northbound Highway 99 (Aurora Avenue)
Take the Seneca Street exit and move into the left lane. Turn left onto First Avenue and proceed one block. Take the next right (at the Hammering Man sculpture) onto University Street. Continue up the hill two blocks to Third Avenue. Turn left onto Third Avenue, and left again at the next block onto Union Street. Make the next left onto Second Avenue. The Benaroya Hall parking garage will be on your immediate left. The garage entrance is on Second Avenue, just south of Union Street.

The revamped Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel, served by bus and light rail, has a stop just below the hall (University Street Station).

In addition, traffic on Third Avenue is restricted to vehicles traveling only one block before turning between 6am and 9am and between 3pm and 6:30pm, weekdays.

Purchase Pre-paid Parking

You may purchase pre-paid parking in the Benaroya Hall garage or the Cobb Building and Chase Center garages at the same time you purchase tickets. Pre-paid parking may be purchased online or through the Ticket Office. If you wish to add pre-paid parking to existing orders, please contact the Ticket Office at 206.215.4747.

At Benaroya Hall

The 430-car underground parking garage at Benaroya Hall provides direct access from the enclosed parking area into the Hall via elevators leading to The Boeing Company Gallery. Cars enter the garage off Second Avenue, just south of Union Street.

Other Parking

Parking is also available at the Cobb Building (entrance on University between Third and Fourth avenues) and at the Chase Center garages (entrance on Union Street between First and Second avenues).
