Accommodations
Restrooms and water fountains are available on each level of the Samuel and Althea Stroum Grand Lobby, in the outer corridors on the east and west sides, and off the Bill and Melinda Gates Lobby outside the Illsley Ball Nordstrom Recital Hall.
ATM (Automated Teller Machine)
For patron convenience, an ATM is located in The Boeing Company Gallery, adjacent to the Ticket Office. Most major bank cards are accepted.
Cameras, Audio and Visual Recorders
The use of cameras or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
Cell Phones, Beepers & Watch Alarms
No one wants to be that person. Please take the time to turn off your cellular phones, beepers and watch alarms prior to the performance.
Coat Check
During events, a complimentary coat check is available in The Boeing Company Gallery along Third Avenue, next to the Ticket Office.
Cough Drops
Fighting a cold? Natural Herb Cough Drops — provided by Ricola USA, Inc. — are available from ushers.
Doctor in the House
Virginia Mason Medical Center physicians frequently attend Seattle Symphony performances and are ready to assist with any medical problems that arise.

Late Seating
For the comfort and listening pleasure of the audience in the Hall, late-arriving patrons will not be seated while music is being performed. Latecomers will be seated at appropriate pauses in the performance. Until that time, they are invited to listen to and watch performances in the S. Mark Taper Foundation Auditorium on a monitor located in the Samuel and Althea Stroum Grand Lobby.
Lost and Found
Patrons should check with the Head Usher immediately following the performance, or call Benaroya Hall Security at 206.215.4715.
Services for Patrons With Disabilities
Benaroya Hall is barrier-free and meets or exceeds all criteria established by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Requests for accommodations should be made when purchasing tickets. Feedback on improving patron services for people with disabilities is always welcome. Accessibility features include special seating areas, designated parking spaces adjacent to elevators, elevators with Braille signage, specially equipped and/or unisex restrooms, and accommodation of guide and service animals. For patrons who are hard of hearing, an infrared hearing system is available. Headsets may be checked out at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis in The Boeing Company Gallery coat check. Smoking Policy
Benaroya Hall is a smoke-free building. Smoking is permitted only outside the building along Third Avenue.
Children
Children five years of age or older are welcome at all Seattle Symphony performances. Children of all ages are welcome at Gilman Family Discover Music and Tiny Tots concerts.
Ticket Office
Both the Seattle Symphony and Benaroya Hall Ticket Offices are located on the street level at the corner of Third Avenue and Union Street, at the north end of The Boeing Company Gallery. For more information about the Seattle Symphony Ticket Office, click here.

Monday–Friday: 10am–6pm
Saturday: 1pm–6pm
On Seattle Symphony performance days, the Ticket Office will open two hours before the performance begins, and will remain open through intermission.
The Ticket Office opens at 9am for Tiny Tots performances, 9:30am for Kindermusik performances, and 10am for Gilman Family Discover Music performances.
On Benaroya Hall performance days — shows outside of the Seattle Symphony season — the Ticket Office opens 60 to 90 minutes before the performance begins. Please call for accurate information regarding specific performances. The Ticket Office does not remain open during intermission.

During performances you may also visit the ticket concierge station in the grand lobby of the Taper Auditorium. The ticket concierge can assist with ticket sales, exchanges and other transactions. This service is open pre-show and throughout intermission for most Seattle Symphony performances and select Benaroya Hall performances.
Tickets to Seattle Symphony performances and many Benaroya Hall events may be purchased with most major credit cards, cash or local personal checks. Tickets to Benaroya Hall events sold through Ticketmaster may be purchased with cash, check, Mastercard or Visa.
Free parking is available to ticket buyers in the Benaroya Hall parking garage for up to 15 minutes. Parking tickets must be validated at the Ticket Office.
