Seattle Symphony
Berg:
Violin Concerto
Mahler:
Symphony No. 4 in G major
Opening with playful sleigh bells and culminating in a song that depicts a child’s imagination of life in heaven, Mahler’s Fourth is perhaps the composer’s most carefree composition. Veronika Eberle makes her Seattle Symphony debut with one of the great violin concertos of the 20th century.
Wyckoff Masterworks Season concerts are part of the Seattle Symphony’s Family Connections program.
