Our new late-night series [untitled] features Seattle Symphony musicians performing contemporary ensemble pieces in an intimate setting - the Grand Lobby. This concert, featuring three world premieres by Seattle Symphony principal musicians, takes away all barriers and puts you right in the action.
Free Pre-concert Performance at 9pm: Selections from John Luther Adams' songbirdsongs will be played by Rob Tucker and Paul Hansen, percussion; and Cornish College of the Arts Professor Paul Taub and students Melinda Abendroth and Thomas Reyna, piccolo. Plus, hear poetry selected by the composer and read by Joseph Bednarik and Elaina Ellis.
The [untitled] series is sponsored by The Paul G. Allen Family Foundation.
