Vocalpoint! Seattle
Members of Northwest Sinfonia
Experience the story of the Nativity told through readings, choral settings and audience carols.
This performance is patterned after the Christmas Eve observance at King's College in Cambridge, England. Following the procession of the choir, introductory carols are sung. Then nine lessons are read by members of the choir. Each lesson is followed by the choirs singing a carol appropriate to the previous reading. The audience then joins the choir in singing a traditional Christmas carol.
