Table & Chairs Presents:

Table & Chairs, a New Music record label located in Seattle, is excited to bring the legendary saxophonist and composer ROSCOE MITCHELL to Benaroya Hall, where he will be featured in a concert dedicated entirely to his landmark composition, “Nonaah” [no-NAY-uh]. The performance will feature a rare, extended solo saxophone performance by the composer himself, as well as several different arrangements of “Nonaah” spanning the length of Mitchell’s career. In addition, this once-in-a-lifetime event will feature the the world premiere of the newly commissioned “Nonaah” for local Table & Chairs group Lawson.
At 7:15 PM there will be a pre-concert interview with Roscoe Mitchell, including an open question and answer session with the audience. Admission is free for 8pm ticketholders.
