Guest Artists Circle
While appearances by guest artists often lead to sold-out performances, the artists’ fees have a substantial impact on the Symphony’s annual operating budget. To continue a legacy of attracting gifted artists from around the world, arts patrons and philanthropists James and Sherry Raisbeck helped establish the Seattle Symphony Guest Artists Circle Program in 2006.
The Guest Artists Circle program continues to flourish, and each season donors are given the opportunity to directly support the fees of a guest artist of their choice (based on availability), with an additional contribution of $25,000. For more information, please call the Development Office, at 206.215.4838.
Donors to the Seattle Symphony Guest Artists Circle Program will receive a specialized benefit package including the following opportunities:
- Opportunity to sit in on score-reading session including conductor and sponsored guest artist
- Opportunity for intimate dining experience with sponsored guest artist (lunch following rehearsal, dinner following concert)
- Name on Benaroya Hall reader boards along Third Avenue in association with sponsored guest artist
- Guest artist autographed musical score
- All major donor benefits
