Public Health Update: Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Washington Governor Jay Inslee announced on Wednesday, March 11, that all gatherings with over 250 people will be prohibited until March 31, 2020 in an effort to reduce the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). All performances and events scheduled at Benaroya Hall through March 31, 2020 are therefore being canceled or postponed.

Ticketing Information

Options if you have tickets to a canceled or postponed event:

  • Exchange your tickets to an upcoming performance. We are happy to exchange your tickets for one of the many upcoming 2019–2020 season Seattle Symphony performances. We understand customers are thinking carefully about purchasing tickets for future performances. To offer increased flexibility, all ticket exchanges are free for performances through May 31, 2020.
  • Put tickets on account. Unsure what you’d like to exchange into? The Ticket Office can put your funds on account for future use. 
  • Donate your ticket. Your tax-deductible donation today means that the next time you join us at Benaroya Hall for a concert, the orchestra will be here to share the joy of live music with you once more, as a healthy, vibrant and financially secure organization. 
  • Other options. For all other ticketing options, email the Ticket Office.
