“Origins: Life and the Universe” is a concert that’s out of this world, featuring symphonic music set against spectacular imagery from space. Eight composers have created all-original orchestral scores, which are paired with dazzling high-resolution video projected onto a giant screen. Audiences will thrill to breathtaking images of our universe, made available from NASA, European space agencies and universities around the globe. Grammy Award-winner David Sabee conducts the renowned Northwest Sinfonia in this world-premiere event. This concert is presented as a benefit for the scholarship program at the University of Washington’s Astrobiology Program. To learn more, visit www.astrobioconcert.com.
