The Story Of Babar

Join Babar, the little elephant, as he explores the jungle and the big city through Poulenc’s playfully orchestrated story. Paired with Ravel’s Mother Goose Suite, you and your children will have a magical morning together filled with musical tales.

Pablo Rus Broseta is Associate Conductor of the Seattle Symphony and Music Director of the Jove Orquestra de la Generalitat Valenciana. He is rapidly building a wide-ranging repertoire from Handel to John Adams, with a focus on the great symphonic repertoire.

John Coons


Actor/Singer John Coons has performed locally with The 5th Avenue Theatre, Village Theatre, ACT Theatre, ArtsWest, Book It Repertory, ReAct Theatre and The 14/48 Projects, as well as singing with popular artists Ben Folds, Amanda Palmer and Foreigner.

Carson Ling-Efird


Carson Ling-Efird, 12, studies with Kevin Krentz and Li-Tan Hsu. Carson is thrilled to be making her orchestral debut with the Seattle Symphony this year.
